The facade system of the building is envisaged as prefabricated reinforced concrete. Facade elements are double-layered and insulated, and they also form part of the load-bearing system. In order to create the parabolic facade with prefabricated elements, the facade is 1.5 and 3 m wide. which is 8m. It is divided into 53 prefabricated elements in height. The facade system is designed to be resistant to roof loads, earthquake effects and wind loads, which exert a vertical load of 300kN on each element. Since the façade elements are open to environmental influences, they are produced with high-durability fiber-reinforced high-strength white concrete.
The application is the first in Turkey and is one of the limited number of examples all over the world.
